Solution Driven Ninjas strategically empowers students to foster relationships within their everyday surroundings by helping transform their minds into their desired future. We do this by creating a curriculum with the foundational structure of Maslow’s “Hierarchy of Needs”. We know that if the students' basic needs are not met, nothing else matters! Therefore ‘ALL’ of our classes' underling foundation ensure the students needs are secure. The classes are designed as weekly class program that will be taught over the course of five - 10 weeks, based on classroom availability. The course curriculum will create a safe learning environment, it will close the students community loop and leverage agile frameworks for the students. We help the students grow organically and foster a student-first training mindset.
Each day we will take them on an exciting educational journey. Starting with music as an icebreaker to balance them through meditation and by the end of the day they will be transported into the college and business ownership environment. By the end of the course the students reading grade levels will increase at least two years and they will have a move defined sense of who they are, what they want to do with their lives, what they can contribute to their families, their communities and the direction they want to go in their lives. The course with conclude with a luncheon and certificate ceremony whereby community leadership, parents and staff will be invited to attend.
A custom is a way of acting, a way that has continued consistently over such a long period that it has become the norm. A curtesy is a form of polite behavior and excellent manners.
Customs and courtesies are key for every cohesive relationship. Furthermore, all of these beliefs have a set of values that cement the course of action that the student should take in their daily course of life. The student will learn and utilize these methods as a symbol of respect, integrity and honor with each other and the staff. The students will exhibit their customs and courtesies at their course graduation luncheon.
The students will begin and end their day with music mediation. The most basic form of meditation is to bring your focus to a specific object or sound. That’s what is done when you listen to music.
