Aline M. Williams is a big believer in sustainable business and community development. Aline has more than 30 years of entrepreneurship, corporate, finance and non-profit experience, respectively. She is a seven-year veteran of the United States Air Force and the Air National Guard receiving the United States Armed Services Meritorious Service Award. Aline is an expert in Sustainability, Community Planning and Development, Business Services, Workforce Development, Veterans Services, International Finance, and Transformational Leadership. Aline is a serial entrepreneur with multiple corporation.
Aline had the privilege of presenting on veterans related issues with the Office of Disability Employment Policy (2010 Listening Tour) the Midwest region of HERC (2009), speaker for the Department of the Army Office of the Assistant Secretary Manpower and Reserve Affairs Soldier and Family Mass Density Summit Conference, (2009) two SHRM Diversity Conferences (2009 and 2010) and interviewed by Diversity Inc. Online magazine (2009). In 2007, she was appointed to the executive advisory board for the Chicago Area Veterans Forum.

Volunteer Services
In 2017-2020, she solicited donations on behalf of Cisco and Cisco Productions, NFP to create Cancer Care Bags. The bags were then distributed to University of Chicago Ingalls Hospital cancer patients and staff.
From 2013 – 2017, Aline volunteered and mentored individuals wanting to start their own businesses, both for profit and not for profit; walking them through the business funding process and helping them to obtain approval for over $208 million dollars in funding.
She completed a two-year term with the State of Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Council in July 2012. Aline was voted Vice Chairman of the Board by a committee of her peers in June 2011 after being appointed to the council in June 2010 by the State of Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs.
